- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ZERO STARS!! The "owner" of this place is extremely rude and says customers are wasting his time. Prior to shipping a package to this store and having it held,I called and was told by an employee they would hold it for 5 days. I had the package sent and held there and went on the 4th day to pick it up only to be told it had been returned the day prior. I asked the young female employee how long they hold packages for and she said 5 days as well. So I asked why they returned it after only 3 days, she couldn't give me an answer. I called the next day to talk to the owner, and he said it was too bad there was nothing he could and that it was my fault I didn't pick it up sooner. I confirmed TWICE how long they would hold it for and both times was told 5 days. Owner proceeded to hang up on me instead of working with me for a mistake his store made. This man needs to not be in business with customers if all we do is waste his time!!! UPS CORPORATE, SHUT HIM DOWN!!By briselda morales, July 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to this store to send back an Amazon package. I asked for a piece of tape and was told I can buy a roll or pay a dollar. Are you kidding me !?! A shipping establishment can't supply a piece of tape ! That'd be like going to a bank and asking to use their pen and being charged for the ink.
